“The product is very high quality, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. The color is too dark for my gray hair and I don't want to change the color of my hair. Of course, I took the plastic off to try it on and now I can't send it back or exchange. This situation is very frustrating.”

“A combination of cancer, stress and age was causing my long hair to fall out. My long thick hair has always been my signature look and as I watched if fall out so rapidly, I was distraught and depressed. I asked a hairdresser friend if extentions might be a solution and she said typical hair extensions would destroy my remaining hair; then she suggested the halo.
