“I received my V clip Volumizer in Creamy Blond with ashy Lowlights. Upon inspection, I noticed it was warmer than expcted, with several yellow-blond strands. I was hoping for an ash brown with an ash blonde, but it was not like that. When I removed the hair from the packaging, I noticed several hard clumps in the hair that I could not pull out and was worried about possible lice. When I contacted the company and showed them the pictures, they said there was no way it could be lice since they put so many chemicals on the hairpiece. They said it was probably glue splatters in the V-Clip Volumizer. The company offered no accommodations to improve the situation, so I waited for over a week for a response. It is wrong to charge customers full price for the hair with clumps of glue in the hair. I took the piece to my hairdresser and had her try to cut out the glue clumps artfully. I am disappointed in the hair quality, but I like the clips they use to clip the hairpiece. This is my first time buying this product, and I will not buy from this company again.”
