“So when I received my crown the color was nothing like the picture it had a red /orangey pinky color to the bleached part of the hair . I was going to call for a refund or exchange but I had already taken it out of the box . I took it out of the box without reading the instructions about returns I needed a different light and wanted to make sure the extensions in my hair were the colors I was seeing. So I was stuck with the expensive extensions but I didn’t care about that I knew I could fix the color anyways. However there was so many many synthetic fibers in this cheap hair I could not color them . So I have a cheap thin shiny crappy hair extensions that I can not wear. They do not hold a curl do to the many synthetic fibers!”
“My hair came in 3 shades darker than the color pictured. Even the color swatch they sent with my hair was different than the hair color. It was more of a honey blonde. The halo string can also be very painful if worn for long periods of time.”
