“My husband bought me 3 and they were a bad batch of hair from Korea. Nobody contacted us to replace them and they knotted first use. Absolutely bulls#it!! Never again!!! They don't post bad reviews that people leave bcuz they are a shoddy company!!! I am telling everyone I know and leaving reviews all over social media, to switch to "Luxy" hair!! They actually take care of people and are not thieves!!! Their hair is exactly the same as first purchase after washing and is 100 times better quality that yours! You people should be ashamed of yourselves and shut down!!”
“My husband purchased three of these exact extensions for me in the balayage in late 2021. I wore one halo a few times and then was no longer able to wear any of them, never opened 2, bcuz most of my hair fell out from illness.. Fast forward to August of 2022. I began wearing the only opened halo since my hair grew back enough to wear it with a hat on. After the first wear the hair began knotting horribly, especially behind my neck, it was unwearable!! I decided to carefully brush it out and use the shampoo and conditioner made for these to hopefullt fix them. The instant they touched the water they became a "giant" rats nest. I later read in a review from trustpilot that they had a batch of bad hair in this exact number and time period. So I had purchased three of these, actually my husband did and no one from the company contacted he or I to replace it with good hair! I obviously got the defective hair and they just took completed adantage, kept our money and never bothered to notify us that the hair was junk! We were ripped off for a ton of money, you do the math for 3 of these in 22". I will never again in my life purchase from this scam company!! I thought they had changed when they finally got customer service that you could actually get to respond to you, for issues.. After years of no way to speak to a human! But selling defective hair and not notifying those you sold it to is no different than a thief!! And I actually need this hair, it is not just for fun. You should be ashamed of yourselves! I Highly "DO NOT" recommend Hidden Crown extentions!!!”

I really love the way it looks and I’m definitely loving being able to take it out to sleep. The Quality of the hair is simply amazing. I’ve always had great hair until my father passed away from cancer and Covid hit the very next week so to me the world shut down. But halo hair has truly changed my life.”
