Quality is very good … helpful hints: DO NOT to put any styling products or perfume in your hidden crown. It will last a lot longer. “I have been a lover of ALL things hair, especially extentsions and high quality hair pieces all my life- Before extentsions were commercially available ( extentsions did not exist in my youth/teenage/even in my early twenties) I dreamed of creating and wearing long, beautiful, rich, and colorful hair- every shade including the shades of rainbows- I have always loved the idea of creating such pieces that would allow me and anyone I could tell to try new looks without the permanent effect of having to dye the actual hair- I myself was born a brunette but lived for my PLATINUM blonde hair- as much as I loved being a platinum blonde I found it difficult to have the additional length and thickness I desired because as we all know HAIR that is colored ( and most extremely colored like platinum blonde) changes the vitality, growth, length, thickness, and even luster/shine of the natural hair- IN ESSENCE to color and maintain your COLOR affects the hair's natural integrity- over time the hair becomes damaged, weak, and ultimately may break, leaving you with perhaps the color you wanted but without the length and fullness you desired...
I have been coloring my hair for years, like most women I loved changing my look and color- from basic dyes in the box from the local drugstore leading to multiple trips to the salon; from dark roots to highlights and lowlights to eventually being platinum ( which is one color- the blondest of the blondes color) required bleach and frequent bleaching which not only made my head sore, it also damaged my hair so badly that it became weak and broke easily, as well as becoming thin and short. While I lived for being that blonde I could not attain what I ultimately wanted which was long, long super blonde shiny thick hair. Soon and HAPPILY hair extentsions came into existence- from the start extentsions evolved from the basic snap ins ( a temporary extension type) to more permanent extension type ( extentsions that stayed in your hair for weeks or even months) such as hair that was glued onto your own natural hair, like Dreamcatchers made famous by celebrities- I wore these glued in extentsions that cost me almost $2000.00 ( you had to pay for not only the bags of hair, in addition they had to be applied in a salon by a professional and the process itself took 6 to 8 hours!!!) While I LOVED the end result of platinum blonde hair that was long enough that it was waist length and thick, I could not afford $2000.00 applications of these extentsions every 6 to 8 weeks, and unfortunately, my hair became even MORE damaged and heart breaking, I developed traction alopecia from these extentsions- my hair fell out in patches and I was unable to even wear ANY kind of extentsions until my hair grew back....
