“The pony it’s supposed to be rubbing hair look natural no nodding war it about five times and it’s nodding. The quality is better than a basic pony from the beauty store but not as great as hidden crown makes it sound”
“I am super disappointed in this ponytail extension.
The concept behind it is sold to make you feel like it wraps around your own ponytail well and secure. This is inaccurate. The synching system only stretches so far around your own ponytail and does not grab well at all. It also grabs onto itself which drags your ponytail basically down completely.
The weight of the fabric they use to create the pony itself literally DRAGS your own ponytail down and does NOT seamlessly going onto your own hair.
I would NOT recommend this concept at all to anyone. I pretty much wasted $199 dollars and feel sick about it.
You HAVE to have a massive amount of thick thick hair to “add to” this pony extension.

“the ease of use is not as easy as the videos appear. It would be nice to have a live person to ask questions to rather than only communicate through email. I have tried the ponytail 3 times and have yet to have enough success to wear it out in public. It seems a bit pricy for the overal product. the hair is very nice quality but could be thicker with a more secure way to attach to the ponytail. I won't give up because it was so expensive.”
