“The concept is good but the functionality of the ponytail is lacking! If you have thin shorter hair the ponytail has nothing to grab onto so it doesn’t stay in. Hidden crown needs to take this one back to the drawing board.”
“I have several hidden crown products. This is the first one I am disappointed in. The way the pony connects is not very secure and the pony had to be so tight that it is uncomfortable. I have been wearing it and watching all the videos for help but I personally think this one just doesn't work gor me. I will definitely continue to use the halo and the updo clip. I am also interested to see if the bungee pony works better.”

“Love the color, love the quality....but I'm not coordinated enough or talented enough to figure out how to get it to stay in my hair. My hair isn't long enough to do the "double" pony method described on the website, and my natural pony is so thin the bungees have to wrap around so far that I can't get them hooked. So far, I haven't successfully been able to wear my extension once. :( I'm going to have to figure out a way to sew a ponytail holder onto it to make it work.”
