Customs requires a physical fumigation certificate which Hidde Crown does not send.
I have been asking for days for the digital certificate as they indicated that this is what they have, but they do not send it to me....
It's a shame how terribly the incident is being handled so I don't recommend it at all.”
“I love the quality of the hair that is used in hidden crown extensions. However, this ponytail was very disappointing. It is virtually impossible to attach and keep secure and I’ve worn many ponytail pieces. I would never recommend the bungee ponytail and wish I would have gotten the other one instead .Also it’s not really thick enough to feel like a pretty ponytail.I feel like it needs more hair. I suspect 140 g one would be much nicer. I’m fortunate enough to be crafty and was able to cut off the hook in the middle of this ponytail and attach a comb so I can still use it but most people probably wouldn’t take the time to do what I did.”
“I wish there were instructions or a FAQ included on how to use/apply the pony tail extension and/or tips and tricks for getting it to be comfortable....it was easy and basic enough to figure out, but it's so heavy that i can't get it to sit atop my head and be comfortable, but also, look good. I have messed with it a couple times, and with the weight of the hair, it seems like i wont' be able to wear it without either having my hairstylist chop it shorter, or wearing some support underneath, like a large hair clip to support the weight of the ponytail extension. Even after googling how-to's on this specific extension, i'm not finding very much info on how to do it or get it right. Overall, I wish i would not have wasted my money on this one.”
“Absolutely perfect! Great quality. It feels better than my own hair. It’s super easy to install and makes my ponytail look polished and not like a bad 70’s wig. It really is everything I’ve come to expect from the brand and I keep coming back for more!”
“The hair itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the wrap design is large and therefore difficult to wrap around my ponytail without seeing bumps on the sides. There is also a strange piece next to the wrap around hair that is a tuft of extremely short hairs. These short hairs are difficult to hide, even with a bunch of Bobby pins. I love the shade match but i am regretting not purchasing a 24” halo style instead.”
“I have thick, short hair. Its a great concept, beautiful quality and looks natural but could be a fuller. Works best with a substantial ponytail holder that won't slip as the middle anchor is pointless IMO. It's fine if you pull the bungee anchor to the opposite side then tuck the middle piece. I use a haircolored ponytail holder to cover vs. Wrapping around hair as I want to keep the ponytail as full as possible.”
“I wear my hair in a pony tail all the time. But my hair is so thin I only wear a pony tail when I’m at home. Since I received my Hidden crown pony tail my ponytail is nice and thick as when I was younger. I am 68 years old and my grandson loves the way my hair looks when I wear my pony tail extension, he says I look younger Than hank you Hidden Crown, I’m going to buy another one right now. .”
“Poor construction. Bungee popped PRIOR TO even getting to wear it for the first time. Repaired it by purchasing MUCH BETTER bungees from Amazon for $3. It’s a shame hidden Crown could not spring for better bungees on and otherwise super expensive ponytail.”
