Now I have sent you new pictures and still haven't heard back from you. I have bought many crowns pieces from you and I was happy but you don't take calls anym9re and we have to wait for you to get back to us. now I have to send this ponytaIl back and pay for shipping then when the new on comes I have to pay for shipping again. Not happy with customer service now.”
“The hooks rip hair out or if hooked to scrunchie, eventually falls off because hair is heavy and only hanging on scrunchie. If it was Velcro and could wrap around..could be better”
“I wish I could give zero stars. I am so disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years and was excited to try the ponytail. However, this product alone and the terrible customer service have made sure I will never buy another hidden crown product. The ponytail will not stay in my hair AT ALL. It slides right out. I have tried multiple different ways to get it to stay, but it looks weird and unnatural (very fake). I had asked for a refund or exchange for a different product since I cannot use this at all and hidden crown refused because it was opened. How am I supposed to know it’s in-usable unless I try it on?? I will never buy another hidden crown product based on this experience.”

“I have fine, thin hair and have several Hidden Crown products and LOVE them so I was super happy about the Pony. The color is perfect, the hair is great!!! I've tried so many other ponys but all were too heavy and sadly, this is the same. I took to my beautician to cut off some weight ( at $199 I really didnt want to) but I was hoping it wouldn't be so heavy and it still is. I WISH that Hidden Crown would come up with "thinner" versions of the pony for gals with fine/thin hair. Make a variety of Ponys for different hair types. Give us some options. Make the pony smaller so you don't have to wrap it around your own pony many times. The little hook where you hook it to your hair band just pulls on your natural hair... just so heavy... I know Bonnie has thin hair and really thought this was going to be my solution for a great pony :( maybe Bonnie will come up with a video for help with this solution ??”
