“This is my second piece I have purchased. I was so hoping to love the pony tail. The hair used in this pony tail is beautiful. The problem is the design. The hook in the front is to short and doesn't hold very well. I have struggled several times with this extension. I finally attached an extension hair clip to the front underside of the ponytail This did seem to fix the slipping problem. I have medium think hair so my own ponytail should have been enough to support the extension but it slipped out twice and tends to pull on your hair. I would not recommend this extension.”
