“I purchased a Bungee Ponytail from Hidden Crown and on day one of wear the metal hook broke off. They have ways of repairing the bungee which I thought was excellent in terms of design. I tried to repair at home, but
my particular issue was an anomaly and they reacted by sending me a replacement. No hassle at all. I had an excellent experience and will buy again!”

“I rarely write reviews, but think it’s important others consider this before purchasing. I will start on a positive note; the color is great and hair is good quality. The major drawback is the weight and heaviness of the piece. Most women wearing these have fine, thin hair. To put this heaviness on my natural pony was not comfortable at all. It looks nice at first, but within minutes it starts to pull out from weight. I’ve worn numerous pieces and extensions over the years and am experienced in putting them in properly. I was excited to buy this, even at the hefty price. Sadly, very disappointed and won’t be able to wear it. Wish I had purchased the crown piece instead. Can’t return it as I washed the hair prior to trying on. I hope this review is helpful.”
