“I have very thin fine hair and I have to wrap that bungee cord around my ponytail about 2 times and then the seam of the hair extensions is scrunched up. Also, there is no amount of hair that I wrap around the ponytail to hide the seam. there is a visible gap between my extensions and scalp. No matter how many times I watch the tutorial I cannot get the ponytail extensions to stay close enough to my head to seem natural... I spent 200 dollars for something I will never use and wasn't aware I couldn't use it until I opened it and tried it out, so I'm unable to return it.”
“The center hook came in slightly crooked. Not sure if that is why, but that hook does not stay in place and the pony slips off. It js unwearable. And since it cannot be exchanged or returned it was a total waste of money for me.”

“Love the way this ponytail secures, however the color did not match my hair at all. I ordered #4 Medium Brown in both the ponytail and the halo extensions and while the halo extensions matched, the ponytail did not. It was much more red than the halo extensions. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the ponytail as I tried it on. Hopefully they will dye well. A bit disappointed due to how much they cost.”
