“I have really fine, thin hair, so I was very excited to have a fuller ponytail. However, you still need to have a decent amount of hair and natural ponytail to get this to actually work. After NUMEROUS tries, I still could not get this to work around my thin ponytail. There was no getting the bungee hooks to connect and hold. So disappointed. The color and hair quality are great, though.
Giving it 3 stars since I feel that a lot of people wanting this are people like me that are now lacking in hair and yet it is not made for our use.”
“It is beautiful, incredible quality, BUT I have watched every video and it simply is awfully difficult to put in. My hair is thin, and the single clip does not stay- the bungee is difficult to tie around. It just slides off or looks super weird. I have purchased several pieces from Hidden Crown that I absolutely LOVE, but I am so sad about this one!”

“The hair feels very silky soft and has great pigment and shine. Bungee style is fairly easy to install. Only worry is that you need your real hair pulled into a tight ponytail, so the bungee will be secure. Only thing that would be great is if the ponytail options included more weight and length. Then it would be a 5 star. Good shipping. Arrived in perfect condition. Love how they put in other hair colour samples inside, include a comb brush and a handy hair bag to store the hair.”
“I was super excited to receive my bungee ponytail. My background of why I bought this product was I had to have surgery about 2 years ago, and lost a ton of my hair. My while life I was used to thick Curly hair, and after my operation I watched my hair just fall out in the shower. As I still have hair on my head, it’s super thin and damaged. Big into working out and playing sports, I decided to purchase this ponytail so I could feel like my ponytail was back to what I was used it. I saved for about 6 months and was able to do it. First off, I loved the packaging. It was shipped fast and came beautifully. The actually hair is soft, and feels smooth. One flaw that I found was the coloring. It was really hard to match the color up with my hair, and even when they send 2 sample colors, I still couldn’t find my perfect brown. Overall, it looked so much easier online. I have been practicing everyday, and it’s just super hard for me to get the look it’s supposed to have. Also, I wish it was a little longer, or when buying the product, you should be able to chose a size. I am currently looking into the clip in extensions for my everyday look, because I did love the delivery of this product.”
