“I'm usually a big fan of HC but this product was a flop. Firstly, the "exposing hook" part was ridiculously not easy. The hook was stuck behind the material and I almost broke my nail just trying to get it out. It doesn't hook onto the hair tie well and the bungee hooks keep pulling on my hair. Ponytail sits very heavily and not easy to take off either. The hair quality is beautiful though. Such a shame.”
