“I ended up exchanging my Bungee Ponytail for a lighter color. First I'll rate my INITIAL ORDER: GREAT.... my initial order went very smooth. Packaging was vary nice and they sent hair samples of two additional colors which turned out to be helpful, since the one I ordered was not a good match. The Pony came in a plastic envelope type pouch with a hanger attached. Also included was some pony ties, bobby pins and a comb. The PONY: EXCELLENT quality. Very nice hair and hooks. GREAT quality. EXCHANGE PROCESS: EASY AND FAST...I emailed my issue and they "immediately responded" with instructions. I returned the Pony and followed up about 9 days later via email, since I could see on my tracking they had received my product. They quickly researched and responded by confirming receipt of the package and were working to get a new Pony out to me. Within 2 days, I received tracking that my exchanged product was on its way. It came within another week or so and was packaged exactly like the first one was...EXCELLENT. I'd say great quality, great price, great packaging, great shipping....well worth it! I also own a Halo extension by HaloCotoure (which I also love) so that is the only extension I can compare this too and its very comparable as far as quality and appearance. I can't speak to the longevity of the Hidden Crown Pony, but it seems to be very nicely made and worth the consideration IMO.”
