“I purchased a halo hidden crown extension and loved it because of how easy it was to use. I then purchased the pony thinking it would be easy. It's not and you can only wear it as a high pony which really limits you. My biggest complaint is the return policy. Once you've opened it completely you can't return it but you dont know if you like it till you try it. I love my other piece and will probably order more but very disappointed in the pony and lost a chunk of money on it.”
