“Love my bungee ponytail. I have had it about 3 weeks and have used it approximately 6 times during this time, mainly for a messy bun hair style. No issues with the quality or customer service. I have not altered or cut it as of now; however, I am thinking I will have it shortened, may 2-3". If I wear it strictly as a ponytail, it is pretty long and I don't think it looks as natural.”
“I had some trouble with it at first, but I reached out to the team at hidden crown. They provided a wonderful 8 minute video on how to install the pony correctly. The key is to make sure you fold the bungee down to get the front clip to stay in place!!!! ❤️ Once i got it in, it’s so secure and comfortable!! Fantastic design!”
“When I first saw this, I thought the design was genius. It looked simple in the video, and I had to have it... I am the proud owner of a daydream halo and figured I would be just as satisfied with this. Not so much... it’s super hard to get the clip to stay in the front.. not only that, once you get the bungees attached, the pony is very bulky and “box like” at the top. Not very inconspicuous. When getting it out, it’s hard not to rip your own hair out, as the bungee clips adhere to every little hair. It’s also heavy. I feel like I wasted my money and I would not recommend this.”
