“I was so excited to get this I followed correction out on my hair was super excited. 5 hours later it was starting to fall a bit so I took out and re did. As soon as I went to fasten the last side: hook. The book just popped off in my hand. It was stretchy like I thought it would be but still. I had to take the hook and slide it into the price so I didn’t lose it. I didn’t purchase insurance because I thought “there’s no way it could break in first 30 days” boy was I wrong The attached photos are how I had to slide hook back into the fastening just so I would t lose the piece.”
“Don't get me wrong, the hair is beautiful and full and there is a learning curve to install. But if you have fine/thin hair the hook makes your elastic slide down the ponytail exposing your real hair. The two bungees also are tough to grasp in when you don't have enough hair to hook into (I think mine wrapped around almost twice).
That being said, if you wrap your elastic super tight it works, it's painful, but it works. I don't think I would be able to wear it all day.
I feel as though they need to do a daydream version of this for their clientele who have fine hair. I know you can cut and customize and will end up doing that, otherwise, But I don't think I could wear it right out of the package.
If you have thicker hair, I feel like this will work better for you because you have more of a base to secure it.”
