“I was excited to get my bungee ponytail. However, once you take it out of the packaging, you cannot return it. I’d watched the how-to video, so I felt confident I could remove it. HUGE MISTAKE. It’s so heavy, it kept pulling away from my own ponytail. I worked with it for over an hour to try to get it on right, but it never did. I even ended up thinning out the ponytail and cutting it to see if that helped. Nope. This is a terribly designed product, and if you have fine, thin hair, it will not work in you. Not worth the money (which I deserve to be refunded). Don’t waste your time or money on it. Horrible.”
