“The pony tail is definitely nice and very thick hair! It is pretty shiny so I tone that down with dry shampoo so I don't look like I have Barbie hair. I am most impressed with the customer service...my first pony had a defect so I reached out to Hidden Crown. I wasn't expecting a whole lot to be done (going into with low expectations so I didn't get aggravated with the reply) but they replied to my issue almost instantly. The reply was an apology and a notice that they were sending me a replacement! I was pretty floored by the response! In moments I had a shipping notice and within a few days (max) my brand new pony arrived! I hope very much that the minor defect isn't a consistent flaw with the bungee hook design because I truly enjoy this ponytail and firmly believe it is fully worth the price! “I have long hair, but it is very fine - so this is the perfect product for me to give my long ponytail the fullness I've always wanted. It looked so natural my colleagues couldn't tell it wasn't real - they just remarked about how shiny and nice my pony looked. It feels a bit heavy while you get used to it, but that's to be expected. The first few times you attach it, you may be worrying about it slipping off, but just fiddle with the bungee hooks a bit at home to practice, and you'll quickly get the hang of it. I highly recommend doubling up the hair elastics as suggested in the video tutorial because it gives the hooks more elastic to grip into. This is an amazing product if you already have a long pony, but want to take it to the next level. I highly recommend it!”
