“The piece looked well constructed but it was thinner in appearance than I had thought it would be....to the point where it looked kind of stringy on the bottom. I know it’s meant to taper down to look more natural but it wasn’t a great look on its own. I’d have had to take it to be cut by a stylist in order to wear it.
I sent it back and was very dismayed that they won’t refund any of the shipping costs. It only cost me $9 to send it back but they charged me $13 to ship it to me....so
I’m out $22 for a hair piece that I didn’t really like at all, and I didn’t feel like the customer service rep was very friendly to me about it. I would have been happy with even a partial refund of the shipping cost but they wouldn’t budge on it or even really discuss it with me.
I’ve previously purchased a standard hidden crown and a hidden crown topper, so it’s not like I’m a new customer, either.
Disappointing experience overall from a company that has been really solid in the past.
I do recommend the crown and topper, though.”
