“I ordered a crown. Layers. A staff member matched my color through pictures. She was very responsive until I recieved my hair and it was red. It didn’t match at all. No one would get back with me about returns or exchange. After going online to return, I noticed small print that said no returns if removed from package. How are you suppose to know if it matches unless you remove from package? It’s absolutely insane to spend this kind of money on a product and can’t even return it. Should’ve knows when looking at the reviews. They all seemed so professional. There were no every day girls wearing their hair piece. I’m so disappointed. I will steer everyone clear from this place.”
