“I ordered the V extensions and tried them, only to find out they are too thick for me hair as I have thin hair. I tried to return them and was told no because I removed the clamps. In other words, you can only look at the extensions when you receive them. This is absurd. They say it's because they are human hair and for sanitary reasons. I'm sure the company can clean or sanitize them, like their competitor is able to. Please don't purchase from this company.”
“I found my extensions majorly on sale and I decided to get them, although they were slightly different color than my previous ones. They match perfect to my hair and i love them! They do give me a headache at times and hurt my head if I wear them a lot but beauty is pain! I got the 16 inch length thinking they would be long enough but they’re almost as long as my hair but that’s not really a problem!”
