“The quality of the hair was beautiful. Unfortunately it was not the right color match and I was unable to return it or exchange it due to corporate policy. I’m only hoping that my beautician/colorist can come up with a close dye match or else it was a total waste of $550 bux.
I’m pretty bummed out at the moment.
Also, when received, the outside packaging was slit open and the item could be removed from it easily. Not good!”
