“I had just receieved my bungee pony tail and on the first day, one of the hooks snapped off. When I reached to customer service to find out to repair it, Dayna from Hidden Crown said that was unacceptable and sent a replacement pny tail. She took a disappointment and made me a bigger fan of their products.”
