“Great hair, not the right color as they were out of the one I knew would be perfect, but close enough. Only complaint is I really do not like the seamless, feels like they stick out from the head farther as the plastic weft is not very flexible. Also the clips pop open constantly. “I was so excited to get the new clip ins after being a loyal Halo crown user already in the past. I understand the return policy that you can't return once tags are cut off however there should be some exceptions when the product already comes to a customer broken like my situation with an alread BROKEN CLIP attached to the band. I needed this for a wedding and couldn't possibly have seen the broken clip until I open ed and took the hair off the tagged board it comes on. When I cut the tags to remove the hair pieces I tried to open a hair piece to try attaching to my own hair and realized the clip wouldn't open properly and attach to the hair-came broke. Now I have no way to get a refund or exchange because this company wont do returns which is unfair considering I paid hundreds for this and never got to wear them once yet!”
