“Unhappy I never received a coupon after my last review even though I was supposed to, and just wait for it. After 2 weeks, I can assume it's not coming. Feel shipping should have been covered by b the company since I was spending $500!!!! And it's not even over night shipping. Haven't received item yet, but as far as customer service.... significantky less than good.”
