“It’s been almost a month and I still have not received my order. I have been very patient and contacted customer service several times to tell them that the status shows that my item hasn’t shipped yet and that it is still sitting there in the warehouse. They just keep answering me that it is in fact been shipped and on it’s way. I have ordered other products from them and they have arrived within 3-5 days and I have been happy. I have told them that something is wrong with this order and that it hasn’t actually shipped yet and now they have just been ignoring my emails. So I don’t know what’s happening now. I have asked them to please resend me the item and showed them the screen shot of the tracking that they sent me that it shows that the item status shows it’s still getting ready to ship and not in fact shipped yet. They haven’t told me that they are out of the item and it’s back ordered or anything just that it has been shipped and to continue waiting for it even though it’s still sitting in the warehouse for the last 20+ days. I have now lost the confidence I once had with this company.”
