“good, succinct course covering key topics. But, would help to also include the role of minute taking in online meetings where the meeting dynamic changes - i.e. it's not possible to sit next to the Chairperson, making eye contact with each participant isn't possible. Identifying who is speaking etc in the current environment these areas would be hugely beneficial!”
