“A useful and necessary course but I found the first modules heavy going. I understand that Health and Safety is important but the main reason for taking the course is to use a ladder safely so ideally one would want to get to this element more quickly and intersperse the legal bits throughout the modules. I found the voiceover very hard to listen to - almost computerised. It could have been voiced better in my opinion to make it easier to listen to and follow.”

In regards to the voice-over, there is an option within your account to switch off the voice as I know some people can find it distracting.
