“Some useful stuff, but I question whether stress and stress management are suitable topics for an on line course that appears to be trying to cover the topic in some depth. As and ex management development trainer who has run such courses I know glib solutions can make people feel worse as they are unable to follow the suggestions without considerable support and help”
