“The question in the exam regarding the mini keyboard was interesting as I do not believe the course material included this. I did not listen to the audio when doing this course however, so if the narrator mentioned it I missed it. Other than that good course, covered most of what I would expect for DSE and was good to see the inclusion of sit-stand desks and the differing chair options.”

“The content of the DSE course was specific allowing assessment and observations to take place. Content was worth the price of the course although it would have been great to gain links to further resources.”

“I have found couple of questions a bit ambiguous as there could be 2 correct answers and would have preferred to use the test as a learning tool and have the opportunity to retake it.”
