“Good training thank you. This training advises face to face interviews only, but I would mention considering the safety aspect of who you are inviting in if interviews happen within nurseries or schools. For safeguarding purposes we interview online to ensure suitability to enter the nursery then invite them in for part 2 - id checks, practical, further discussion.”
