“A good course. It would help if it was easier to keep a record of certain aspects of the course such as the recommended items that should be included in an application pack or the addresses of the statutory bodies one can use to check information such as qualifications.”

“Good training, but felt that the person reading the presentation should have varied from slide to slide. Particularly thought the questions posed, where there was not a particularly right answer, were good. Coming on to the next slide, to make me consider my answer, was insightful. A couple more instances of that would have been beneficial”
