“on the whole very good but i disagree with some of the answers: you can very easily be a lone worker within a hospital; if working from home is being a lone worker then does this mean living alone carries the same risk; a mobile or radio is useless unless charged (as is noone the other end to answer) so this should have been multiple choice.”

Hi Sylvia, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate it! The reason we don’t show the correct answer if you have got a question incorrect is because we want to encourage our learners to recap on the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. Many thanks!
