The course content was good and thorough. The assessment had a number of "gotcha" questions that relied on recall of specific wording and aimed to trip you up, rather than assess your comprehension of the material.

I think it would be good to have a clear setting with out the voiceover and that allows you to just read the information fully and skip at your leisure.

In the section entitled "Body Language", you have discriminated against the candidate. The reason for this is, you have completely missed the fact that culture dictates body language, and you are taking an entirely western approach. In some African regions, as well as middle and far eastern regions, it is considered insulting to engage in direct eye contact with someone who is your senior, or has authority over you. There are many aspects other than eye contact to be aware of, but assuming that body language is global is a big mistake.
