“Useful summary of the CDM Regulations and good for the price paid In module 1 some definitions are unclear Risk is defined as the probability of a problem occurring (eg likely or unlikely) but then used to mean something like - the activity that could be a problem (eg working with asbestos) Reasonably Practicable is poorly defined”
