“This had some great key information which I can take back to my organisation regarding our appraisal process. It has also made me thing how I can better prepare for appraisals. However, I feel the section on setting targets could have been more supportive, giving further examples or ideas how to guide others towards identifying their targets.”

“This is all theory. What this course doesn't provide you is templates and suggested acceptable phrases. I felt that I could have gathered this information on google in all honesty. I am not impressed at all.”
