“The training content was informative and specific to preparing and conducting appraisals. The occasional questions within each module were very easy with obviously incorrect answers. The final 10 assessment questions were good which I failed on my first attempt. i was abit surprised to find the same questions repeated which I then went on to get 100%.”

“I enjoyed the course, however found it a bit tricky when retrying as I had to go through the whole assessment again rather than answering the questions I got wrong, other than that it was interesting and had some valid points for completing a successful appraisal.”
