“One of the questions i was marked as incorrect on was the question on savings on a utility bill. The answer in the course was 5-10%. The question had 5% as an answer and 10% as an answer - not really fair, as i chose one of the correct answers! If there is a range of percentages that are correct, you should not have them as separate answers to choose in the test.”
