“The course outline is very relevant. However, the course content is so shallow and obvious. My hope was to learn new things and to be challenged. The content would relate to a person whose interest is to have an overview of what facilities managers do and not to actually do it. I also expected more examples, this only appeared on the environmental responsibilities where there are a few proposals on how to achieve sustainability.”
