“I found it a good reminder of the issues. It was clearly laid out and the information was well-balanced between too much jargon and practical material. It might have been useful to have a section on how a PAT machine works- i.e what the machine tests for and why an appliance usually fails”

“This course identifies when PAT tests are required and looks at risk. There is very little talk of PAT testing and how these tests are undertaken. It's hard to see how someone can undertake any type of inspection from this course alone. However, it has been an informative first step for me.”
