The course was okay. It was very brief and cursory for the price, which is why I've given it only two stars. There's nothing in the course content that can't be found in free online sources, so I won't be asking the rest of my team to take this course. It was useful to me as a manager to think about how I can train my team on complaints handling, but as our service is very niche, a lot of the content of this course doesn't apply to our business. Perhaps more useful for entry-level customer service team members who have never had to deal with complaints before. I also think one of the answers in the final assessment is incorrect, regarding what should be done at the investigation stage – the answer given as correct is to look at business policies etc., which is clearly not the right stage for that reflective type of work.
