The course was more detailed than I expected, and generally provided a useful introduction. It was clearly presented. I would have likely to see a little more reference to studies and reports to back up some of the ideas, but for an e-learning course, the existing content was good. For the money, though, I would perhaps expect more interactivity, e.g. more questions, case studies, etc. - the course was quite passive, and personally I'd expect a little more active learning than the existing course, which currently is basically a click-through presentation. My only real gripe was with the assessment. Some of the questions were very simple, which I could perhaps understand based on the scope and target audience of the training; but what's worse, several of the questions had choices where more than one option could be correct, but only one was accepted. These questions should really be re-phrased.
