“One was the questions: if you get a document sent to you and you're not sure, what do you do. The answer was "delete it", but the answer should have been "check with the sender" Google Chrome no longer shows the "https", also, since it's trivial to set up LetEncrypt cert on a website, it is also bad advice to tell people to rely on that. Assessment question 13: for a password length to be *most secure* and then you offer an option of "at least 15", for the answer to be "8 or more"... that's just terrible. I always tell people to have a password of at least 12, preferably 15 characters now, because 8 is so easy to crack. 0/10 would not recommend.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and feedback. I have contacted our content team to get a little feedback on the points that you mentioned. They have had a look at your review and they think the question you referred to is within one of the modules. Is it the question: 'To avoid falling victim to e-mail, text or social media phishing, only ever click on links or direct messages that you know are legitimate? If you're unsure, delete the message straight away or search for the details of the link separately and log in to the website that way.'? They have checked this question and the answer is correct however I can get a little more information about this when I hear back from you. In relation to Chrome not showing https before web URLS - you are right about that for sure however they mentioned that there are another 4 points on that slide. All other advice still applies to Chrome URLs and the slide suggests these 5 points should all be considered together, not to rely on just the https part. If you think this info is misleading my colleagues could look at adding a sentence in that says Chrome doesn't show the https anymore. Please let me know if you think this would be helpful. They would however like me to let you know that they have amended the exercise question so that 15 or more is no longer an answer, as they can see why this may be confusing.
