Hello Kate, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, Eli,(Customer Support, High Speed Training).

A good foundation for general employment law knowledge, easy to follow and understand. There were some links that did not work and some information out of date so did not give 5 stars for this reason.

The course is quite comprehensive. However, I would like to find the following content in future updates for completeness: 1. Determining the status of whether or not someone is an employee by using the Multiple Factor Test 2. Including other types of employment (e.g. home worker) 3. Including the implied duties of both employers and employees 4. Including a glossary of employment terms (the equality and diversity glossary can form part of it) 5. Including a sample comprehensive employment contract 6. Including a sample employee handbook with full procedures and processes to use as a guide/reference 7. Include 'summary dismissal' as the 5th category of dismissal
