“Twitter is called X now - should be updated and there is lots on there which is not covered as in all new social media which is springing up, this course should be reviewed monthly to ensure its information is up to date. ALSO when I clicked on the right answer it selected the wrong answer and I got less of a pass mark! anyway it was good...just needs to be updated.”

“This course seems to aimed at large businesses and does not really cater for small companies such as the one that I work for which has 2 employees. It also seems to concentrate on retail type businesses.”
