“I thought it was very informative and well presented. However, I would like to see the course in book format once completed so that it can be referred to. Also, I was disappointed that I got one question wrong, when the answer I had from the course, wasn't an option to tick :-(”

Hello, Thank you for your review and congratulations on passing your training! I’m really happy to hear that you found the course informative and well presented. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print or provide in book format because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module, there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. With regards to the question within the assessment, it would be really helpful to know the question wording and the answer you expected it to be, I can then feed this back to the relevant team, we would really appreciate it if you could give us a little more information by emailing support@highspeedtraining.co.uk.
