“There's a lot of elements and parts that assume you already have prior knowledge what that is or looks like, as someone who's previous bar didn't do cask ales I found this quite frustrating as I did this course to learn but I'm still learning blind. More videos and demonstrations or examples would've been much better across the course. it's essentially all dialogue on slides with a single half related photo. So I wouldn't recommend for visual learners either.”
