“The end assessment is very confusing. Wording of questions is confusing, information provided is excellent but words are changed for the final assessment and can easily be tripped up.”

“A better glossary would be good. Pub and cellar-specific terms are used with no warning and no explanation of what they are - otherwise a good easily understood course.”
